The seventh season of HBO’s Game of Thrones is now over, sending the world careening into a hopeless content abyss. At this point, even the summer movie season isn’t around to lend any help. Desperate moments like this make it crystal clear why having multiple streaming services to choose from is a good thing.

Netflix is bolstering its movie selection in the coming month, adding films like Dead Poets Society, Alejandro González Iñárritu’s Amores Perros, and all four Jaws movies. (No, Jaws 3 won’t be presented in 3D, but trust me when I say that’s a good thing for everyone involved.)
